Butler Panhellenic Executive Board 2025

President - Amelia Black

The President calls and presides over the Panhellenic Association executive council meetings and delegates meetings. She oversees all Panhellenic committees and their  programming. She serves as liaison between the Panhellenic Association and other organizations on  campus. She also meets with chapter presidents and works with VP Conduct to ensure  the best representation of sorority women at philanthropic and social events. She works closely with the IFC president and the university. She meets with Butler FSL advisors weekly.

VP Accountability and Risk Management- Abby Ayres

The Vice President of Accountability and Risk Management works with the Butler FSL advisors regarding issues to be addressed via the Panhellenic Peer Accountability Process. She works with the IFC VP of Conduct and Butler FSL to review registered social events and ensure that protocol for registration of these events is followed. She works with other executive officers on lip sync and queen competition checks for philanthropy events. She is also responsible for programming pertaining to mental health and well-being, sexual assault awareness and prevention, and hazing prevention. She works with the executive council, delegates, and area advisor to update bylaws as needed.

VP Finance - Lexi Seymour

The Vice President of Finance manages the funds of the Panhellenic Association in accordance with university procedures and prepares the annual budget. She is responsible for the collection of all membership dues and receivables from any Panhellenic Association events. She also distributes information on scholarships offered through Panhellenic and the chapters. She gathers financial information from chapters to publish for financial transparency.

VP Communications - Libby Cruser

The Vice President of Communications prepares and distributes the minutes of each Panhellenic Association meeting. She produces and distributes all the promotional materials for the Panhellenic Association events as well as any other events Panhellenic Association sponsors. This includes (but is not limited to): Greek Week, sorority socials, and recruitment events. She is responsible for the Panhellenic information on the Butler University website and keeping it updated. She helps the President and other VPs coordinate and organize the logistics behind Panhellenic sponsored events. She collaborates with chapter PR chairs to collect photos and promotional content.

VP Recruitment Operations - Ellie Jones

The Vice President of Recruitment Operations organizes all Panhellenic Association open and primary recruitment events. This includes organizing for pre-recruitment events and recruitment rounds. She oversees all recruitment officer meetings, and is the main point of contact for chapter members for anything recruitment related. She works with the software of PNM and recruitment counselors. She assists with recruitment counselor selection.

VP Recruitment Programming - Abigail McKenzie

The Vice President of Recruitment Programming oversees all recruitment counselor meetings, and is the main point of contact for PNM’s and Recruitment Counselors for anything recruitment related. She is responsible for recruitment counselor selection, training, and pre-recruitment programming. She is in charge of Block Party, Greek Getaway, Cocoa & Questions, as well as Sorority 101 in the Fall semester before formal recruitment.

VP DEI - Sydney Taylor

The Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion serves as a liaison between organizations and departments that focus on diversity, equity and inclusion and develop close relationships with these entities. She develops programs, trainings, and workshops related to these topics and helps coordinate events that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. She also reviews all Panhellenic operations to improve accessibility and inclusivity.

VP Special Events - Frankie Ponzio

The Vice President of Special Events organizes and plans activities and events for the sorority community. She coordinates Greek Week in conjunction with the Interfraternity Council’s Vice President of Programming. She also oversees initiatives of the Junior Panhellenic and is their point of contact.

VP Philanthropy - Chloe Grubb

The Vice President of Philanthropy is responsible for coordinating and scheduling events on the Fraternity & Sorority Life Outlook calendar to reduce event overlap and over programming amongst chapters. She is the primary contact for Circle of Sisterhood philanthropy fundraising for Panhellenic. She collects service hours from chapters and provides service opportunities within the community. She meets with the philanthropy directors at least 2 times a semester.
